Yes. The first 1,000 production credits are free every month. This is a recurring credit allowance, not a fixed number of free actions.
How do actions and credits relate?
A sealed action is the unit of work recorded. Credits meter the work involved. Production credits cost $0.01 each; one action can use several credits.
Does $25 cap the monthly bill?
$25 is the ceiling for a single action. Your monthly bill is the sum of metered charges after the free allowance.
Is the sandbox allowance separate?
Yes. The sandbox provides 100 sealed actions for testing. Production has its own 1,000-credit monthly allowance.
